The Ministry Site Leader is a position that requires spiritual and organizational leadership skills.lead plan and schedule weekly Campus Life meetings engage students regularly through relational ministry actions in addition to club make weekly contact with Campus Life leaders meet regularly with ministry team for training planning and soul care be available for regular communication with Ministry Director MD report ministry stats and updates to supervisor be a good steward of budget for direct ministry and leader development be responsible for any YFC equipment used for CL
