    We're on the lookout for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to command a Full-Time/Home-Based position at our thriving Richmond location.

    Lead and mentor clinical staff with authority
    Analyze therapy team data, steering treatment decisions with precision
    Provide parents with top-notch training and constructive feedback

    Proven experience in working with children or children with disabilities

    BCBA Desired Experience:
    Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience working with children with autism
    Minimum 1 year of Applied Behavior Analysis experience
