DaVita, derived from Italian meaning 'giving life', is dedicated to establishing an exceptional healthcare community. We are on the lookout for experienced Patient Care Technicians to join our outpatient dialysis centers.

What you can anticipate:

Direct Patient Care. Provide safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment to patients.
Technician Duties. Monitor patients throughout dialysis treatment, including recording stats and observations.
Continuous Improvement. Striving to enhance processes for the well-being of our patients and team.
Building Relationships. Establish long-term connections with patients undergoing treatment.
Teamwork. Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
Schedule. Shifts vary based on patient needs.

Some specifics about this role:

Training. Includes a period of training at a different clinic.
Hours. Typically working 32-40 hours per week during training
Flexibility. Able to work varied shifts and locations.
Requirements. CCHT certification, high school diploma or equivalent.
Health care experience a plus. Full COVID-19 vaccination or exemption required.
