    Atlantic Refrigeration is a leading commercial HVAC Refrigeration Installation Technician service provider in South Florida, seeking an experienced professional to install, maintain and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, ice making equipment and refrigeration systems in high-end country clubs and residential settings. This full-time position offers opportunities for career growth and advancement.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Installing new heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
    • Inspecting and performing maintenance on existing HVAC systems
    • Diagnosing and repairing malfunctions in HVAC and refrigeration systems
    • Performing routine preventative maintenance
    • Responding to emergency service calls to troubleshoot and resolve issues
    • Collaborating with team members to improve overall system performance
    • Keeping accurate records of all work performed
    • Providing exceptional customer service and client experience

    Experience and Qualifications:

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience as a commercial HVAC Refrigeration Technician and be universally certified in refrigerant handling
    • Completed a 2-year technical HVAC program
    • EPA Type II certification
    • Proven competency in installing all types of HVAC, refrigeration and ice machine equipment including duct work, piping and control wiring
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, ability to interpret blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

    Additionally, knowledge of property maintenance practices is a plus.

    Company Description

    Atlantic Refrigeration is a branch company of John C. Cassidy Holding Company and has been servicing country clubs and multi-unit estate homes in South Florida since 1962. Our office is located in Delray, but it's not necessary to report to the office every day, as we dispatch from home to serve customers from Boca Raton up to the Treasure Coast area.
