    Job Responsibilities
    Your specific duties as a Controls Engineer will include:

    • Title: Controls Engineer
    • Location: Farmington Hills, MI (Onsite role)
    • Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 annual salary, based on experience
    • Must be willing to travel to Missouri and Indiana location occasionally.
    • Participate in team/customer meetings to identify specifications, timelines, and expectations.
    • Field check electrical equipment and write scope of work for changes to the systems for new product launch or control equipment upgrade.
    • Troubleshoot and edit PLC code.
    • Companies that come to mind - Fives, Siemens, Fanuc, GM
    • Understand and problem solve Ethernet networks.
    • Ability to understand and troubleshoot wiring diagrams.
    • Knowledge of conveyors, tooling & processes equipment.
    • Must be self-motivated, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Mid level experience

    Reporting Responsibilities:
    This position reports directly to the Automation Technician

    Job Requirements

    • No degree required
    • 5-8 years of experience preferred.
    • Siemens, GCCS and or GCCH
