The Call Center Representative will provide excellent customer service, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities:

    6. Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been resolved satisfactorily.
    7. Meet or exceed performance targets such as call quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction ratings.
    8. Continuously strive to improve product knowledge and customer service skills through training and development opportunities.
    Requirements:
    1. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
