- Conduct billing for different entities
- Calculate expenses in Excel and validate accuracy
- Provide credit/debit memos to customers
- Produce monthly customer reports
- Make necessary adjustments to customer accounts
- Resolve any billing issues for customers
- Monthly reconciliation and auditing of accounts
- Aid in collection efforts
- Perform other necessary duties
- 2 years of relevant accounting experience
- Associates or Bachelors Degree desirable - relevant experience will be taken into account
- Proficiency in accounting software Microsoft Excel (experience with pivot tables and vlookups preferred)
- Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
