If so, Right at Home has the opportunity for you Right At home is looking for a Recruiter to join our amazing Right At Home office staff in our Columbus office

    We are a locally/family-owned home care and staffing business that has an extraordinary culture. We are looking for an individual who can work in a fast-paced environment and who has exceptional skills in candidate sourcing, community recruitment, sales, conducting orientations, and managing an employee census.

    Hours: Mon-Friday 8a-5p

    We offer a base wage plus competitive commission structure We also offer Health Benefits Resource, PTO, Dental, Vision, Life, Tuition Assistance, 401K Matching, Paid Holidays, Flexible Schedule, Employee Discounts, and ability to work remote on occasions.

    The Recruiter actively sources talent into the organization, then creates extraordinary experiences to onboard, train and retain that talent.

    The ideal candidate has a successful sales or recruitment track record. No healthcare experience is required.

    The desired candidate will possess the following:

    •High School Diploma or GED.

    •College Degree Preferred.

    •Sales/Recruiting experience.

    •Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.

    •Be available as required for some on-call duty outside of normal office hours.
