Full Visibility is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to work a hybrid schedule, with remote flexibility and the ability to support some project work in Fort Meade, MD. Candidate must possess at least an active Secret clearance.

The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for performing assigned portions of the design, programming, implementation, and documentation for the relevant computer systems; while participating in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle - with an emphasis on the programming, testing, documentation, and acceptance phases. The Programmer will design and prepare technical reports and related documentation, as well as create charts and graphs to record results. The successful candidate will plan the full scope of programming actions to produce several interrelated, but different, products from several diverse data elements and sources.

The Senior Software Engineer will also develop and maintain operating systems, communications software, database packages, compilers, assemblers, and utility programs in support of the mission area; and will modify existing and create new special purpose software while ensuring system efficiency and integrity. The Programmer will also be responsible for analyzing systems requirements and design specifications; developing block diagrams and logic flow charts; and translating detailed design into computer software. The successful candidate will also conduct testing, debugging, and refine computer software to produce the required product meeting efficiency goals for operating time; and preparing project plans, software and user documentation.

Requirements

Active Secret Clearance
At least eight (8+) years of experience with programming and software development, specifically C# development
Knowledge of pertinent system software, computer equipment, work processes, regulations, and management practices
Experience with and knowledge of government regulations, manuals, technical orders, and standards as applied to the development of government systems
Experience conducting testing, debugging, and refinement of software products to meet mission needs
Ability to produce required technical documentation for project plans or user guides
Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills
Excellent communication and organization skills
