    As an Entry Level Social Media Coordinator at Hype Tier, you will be an integral part of our social media team, supporting the execution of social media strategies and campaigns for our clients. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about social media, creative storytelling, and digital marketing, and who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for Hype Tier's clients across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Snapchat.
    • Monitor and engage with audience interactions, comments, and messages on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
    • Collaborate with the social media team to develop and execute creative social media campaigns and initiatives that align with client objectives and target audience preferences.
    • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and audience demographics to inform content strategy and campaign optimization.
    • Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, budget management, and performance tracking.
    • Monitor social media analytics and prepare regular reports to track key performance metrics and provide insights for ongoing optimization.
    • Support the coordination of influencer partnerships and collaborations to amplify client reach and engagement.


    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
    • Previous internship or coursework experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, with a passion for staying abreast of the latest developments and innovations.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for storytelling and content creation.
