    Shift:
    7:00 AM - 3:30 PM


    Experience:

    • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
    • Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
    • Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
    • Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred from any number of months

    Requirements:

    • Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
    • This role will require floating to multiple units
    • Local & travel allowed. Candidates living
    • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
    • Flu vaccination required for submission. Declinations not accepted.
    • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Louisiana Childrens Medical Center Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Louisiana Childrens Medical Center Health System.

    Additional Details:
    You must be willing to float, work weekends, and generally just be very flexible.

    You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

    Preferred skills and experience:
    Previous Charge Experience. Teaching Hospital Experience. Community Hospital Experience. LTAC Experience.


    Required credentials:
    Drivers License/State ID. Government-Issued Photo ID. The name on the Photo ID must match all of the candidates documentation.


    Shift & schedule requirements:

    Call Requirement:
    Yes 1 week and 1 weekend per month


    Holiday Requirement:
    As needed. Weekend Required.

    5 days maximum time off


    Facility holidays:
    11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027.
