    What We Offer:

    • Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $115,000+, with bonus potential

    Requirements:

    • Current BCBA Certification and, if applicable, LABA per state regulations.
    • A Master's Degree in ABA or a related field, such as Psychology or Special Education.
    • Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status.
    • Reliable transportation and a means to travel to clients' homes.
    • Previous experience in ABA is preferred.
    • Comfortable working directly with families to provide in-home services.

    As a BCBA with Key Autism Services, you will:

    • Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans, making necessary adjustments.
    • Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
    • Provide families with guidance on managing challenging behaviors and teaching alternative skills.
    • Engage in ongoing collaboration and continuous improvement within a supportive team environment.
