    Payeeship Clerk

    Maintains responsibility for developing and establishing an initial budget for clients (payees), revising the budget as situations change. Plans and distributes client money on a regular schedule, paying bills in a timely manner when funds permit.

    Performs banking functions on behalf of clients, reconciling bank accounts within 15 days of receipt. Keeps client records organized, confidentially managing financial data.

    • Pays client bills in a timely manner using available funds
    • Completes annual reports accurately by due dates
    • Reconciles client bank accounts within 15 days of statement receipt
