    Job Purpose or Summary:


    You will be responsible for building, modulating and understanding the data produced by the tool to efficiently transform the data into customer friendly dashboards which show business value insights as part of Skan implementation for our prospects and current customers.

    You will work closely with our Customer Success and Service Delivery teams in understanding, discovering, defining and quantifying potential business value improvements.

    The role will be focused on modifying or creating dashboards to instruct change management efforts.

    You will also participate in standardizing templates and value driven outcomes by industry and process which can be subsequently leveraged in similar projects.

    You will have the opportunity to use data to drive business decisions, write SQL queries, data mine and visualize techniques.


    Essential Job Duties:
    Conduct thorough analysis of current processes, systems, and organizational structure to identify areas for improvement and change.
    Develop change management strategies and plans, including communication plans, training programs, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change initiatives and ensure smooth implementation.
    Monitor and evaluate the progress of change initiatives, identify any issues or roadblocks, and develop mitigation strategies.
    Provide guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders throughout the change process.
    Conduct impact assessments to identify potential risks and develop strategies to minimize disruption.

    Assist in the development and delivery of training programs to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to change.

    Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
    Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in change management.


    Minimum Qualifications :
    3-5 years of experience in change management (or a related role)Solid understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
    Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
    Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
    Knowledge of industry/sector and its specific challenges related to change management is preferred.

    Certification in change management practices is a plus.?Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with strong analytical skills (preferred).Success MetricsSuccessful implementation of change initiatives within the specified timeframe and budget.
