Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: St Johnsbury, VT, 05819

Contract: 14 weeks

Shift: 12 hours shift available (alternate weekends)

Rate for local $35 to $40/hrs

For Travel -$1800 to 2000/week

Start: ASAP

Requirements:

• Must be Licensed as a LPN
• BLS/CPR certified
• Must work every other weekend.
• Immunization Report Flu shot/ TB Report / Physical Report
• 1-2 years of experience in long term care, sub-acute care, rehabilitation in-patient facility.
• Must be COVID vaccinated
