Cragun's in Brainerd, MN is one of the iconic resorts in the Brainerd Lakes Area. In operation for over 80 years, the legacy of the resort brings guests coming back year after year.

Through the years, Cragun's has expanded its operations from a lodging facility to include 45 holes of golf with recent renovations from PGA TOUR Pro, Tom Lehman, Gull Lake Cruises, real estate development, dining options, full-service marina, mile long sandy beach and more.

We are seeking a highly creative, motivated, and driven individual to join our sales and marketing team as the Social Media Content Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent social media management skills with knowledge on Meta, Adobe Creative Suite, thrive in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking, shows initiative and engaging with team members or guests are key.

As a member of our creative team, you'll be encouraged to push boundaries and stay curious in leading Cragun's forward.

This position has the potential to become a hybrid work from home and in-office structure after a successful onboarding period and demonstration of job responsibilities below.

Being on site is key to capturing the energy of Cragun's to adequately portray the brand through our advertising and social media platforms.

Job Responsibilities

Extensive knowledge of social media platforms including Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, Google Business Profile
Social Media Management:

o Manage and update all Cragun's social media accounts

o Develop, write copy and execute content calendar to ensure regular and timely postings

o Monitor social media metrics and analytics to assess the performance of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

o Interact with our online guests and community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a friendly and timely manner

o Foster relationships with existing and foster new influencer relationships to engage in collaborations to help expand reach

Content Creation:

o Develop and curate high-quality visual content, including photos, videos and graphics, highlighting the charm and offerings of Cragun's

o Capture and edit stunning photographs of resort amenities, events, guests, landscapes, and more, to showcase on social media and/or to be used for other marketing purposes.

o Research and implement latest social media trends while adhering to brand standards

Graphic Design:

o Design eye-catching graphics for use in social media posts, advertisements and promotional materials, adhering to Cragun's branding guidelines

o Collaborate with marketing team to create visually compelling materials for various ad campaigns, internal marketing promotions and initiatives

o Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

Collaborate with the marketing team on marketing messages and social media strategies adhering to brand standards
Become fully versed in Cragun's subsidiary businesses, esthetics, culture and adapt social media and creative projects to each

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Social Media Marketing or 35 years equivalent experience
Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Publisher, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational, communication skills with attention to detail
A strong social media, graphic design and photography portfolio, please send with application

Selfstarter and very detail oriented when it comes to completing tasks
Ability to weekends, evenings and holidays
Effective time management, ability to prioritize tasks and shift gears when necessary. Thrives on multitasking and juggling projects. Is flexible and focuses on problem solving.
