Community Healthcare Network, is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving the underserved communities of Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan and Queens.

Through the care we provide at our Health Centers and through our various programs, we touch the lives of 85,000 people annually.

We are seeking a Staff Psychiatrist for for our Health Centers based in Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, and Queens.
Reporting to the Director, Psychiatry, this individual will be responsible for providing evidence-based Psychiatric care to our patients.

This individual is an integral part of the collaborative care team which includes nursing staff and other services such as Health Education, Nutrition, Social Work and Behavioral Health.

The admin days can be done remotely.
The ideal candidate will have a valid N.Y.S. License and Board Certification in Psychiatry.

Additionally, the individual will have at least one (1) year of post-graduate/residency experience delivering care in an Ambulatory Care setting.
