Ferolie Team in our Montvale, NJ office We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Finance Administrator to work in a collaborative environment and deliver exceptional results.

Overview of the RoleEnsure that our clients (Consumer Products manufacturers) are paying us promptly and accurately.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday from 8:30 am-4:30 pm
Salary:
$40,000 - $45,000 per year
What You Will Do at CA Ferolie
Record deposits received from assigned clients
Determine any payouts to partner agencies
Apply cash to orders in our system
Run unpaid orders reports and initiate payment inquiries
Address errors with payments
Address delinquent payers
Keep management fully informed of all relevant information in a timely manner

What You Should Bring to the Table
Basic computer (email, Excel, Word) and office equipment (copier/scanner, phone) proficiency is required
Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable experience is desirable
Experience and/or understanding of the Consumer Products (food and non-food) and/or Retail/Wholesale Industries is a plus
