Job Description

A Cleaner is responsible for all aspects of apartment cleaning as units become vacant and maintaining and caring for the community buildings and exterior.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

Responsible for the cleaning of all fixtures, appliances, cabinets, windows, shelves, bathrooms, floors, tub, sinks, toilets, faucets, etc.
Responsible for steam cleaning of carpets, wash/mop vinyl and tile floors
Inform the maintenance supervisor of any mechanical issues discovered during the cleaning of an apartment home
General maintenance duties as needed
Grounds keeping and care for exterior of the buildings
Snow removal as needed
Preforms all other tasks assigned by the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor

Required Skills & Functions

Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds and navigate stairs and ladders easily
Demonstrate an ability to support and contribute to the community team
Strong organization, written & verbal communication, and time-management abilities
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
1+ year in a similar field preferred
Have a positive attitude
