As a VP within the Operational Transformation team, you will run projects focusing on the Foreign Exchange (FX) Operations and Middle. This role would involve overseeing and managing foreign exchange operations and middle office transformation functions for automation and process improvement initiatives to ensure the efficient functioning of foreign exchange operations and middle office processes. You will also lead and execute projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, risk management, and compliance within the FX trading and middle office departments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects related to foreign exchange operations and middle office functions.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, and stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project updates, milestones, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational and regulatory risks associated with FX operations and middle office functions.
• Implement controls and procedures to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
• Conduct periodic reviews and audits to assess the effectiveness of controls and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on regulatory developments and industry best practices related to FX operations and middle office activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years in a PM-specific role with thorough knowledge of foreign exchange operations and middle office functions within a financial institution or investment bank.
• Strong project management skills, with experience leading complex projects from initiation to completion. Agile is required.
• Excellent understanding of FX trading products, processes, and market conventions.
