Job description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Payroll Consultant to manage the complete payroll cycle, ensuring employees are compensated accurately and on schedule while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, trustworthy, and capable of working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process end-to-end payroll, including timekeeping validation, payroll computation, and payslip preparation and distribution.
- Ensure payroll accuracy, completeness, and timely release in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain payroll records and documentation with a high level of confidentiality and data integrity.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams regarding payroll adjustments, deductions, and related concerns.
- Support compliance with statutory contributions, government remittances, and reporting obligations.
- Address payroll-related inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications
- Preferably with at least 2 years of experience handling full-cycle payroll processing (timekeeping, payroll computation, and payslip release).
- Graduate of Business, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of payroll procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Demonstrates accountability, ownership, and attention to detail in managing payroll tasks.
- Adaptable, flexible, and willing to handle multiple responsibilities as priorities evolve.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Preferably based in Cagayan de Oro or nearby areas.
