We are excited to add this critical member to the FEATURE Team. The purpose of this position is to assist the Assistant and Store Manager with day-to-day operations as well as policy enforcement and efficient task delegation.Responsibilities
The overall success of the store requires daily, weekly and monthly upkeep. As the Keyholder, your job is to work with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to be able to delegate these recurring tasks to your people in leadership positions. Being involved in every aspect of the store enhances visibility and flow of product, customers and staffing.Job description
