    Administrative Assistant Position Description

    The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing general office support services, which may include performing a variety of administrative tasks such as preparing documents/reports, filing papers, operating office equipment and responding to inquiries by telephone or e-mail. This position also assists the property management department with rent collection and other responsibilities associated with managing residential properties. 
    A minimum of three years experience working in an office setting is required for this role along with strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office software suite (Word / Excel) basic math abilities would be considered at advantage.
