- Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Have a minimum of one year of experience working in a Hospice environment
- Previous exposure to hospice care is considered advantageous
- Must have at least one year of medical and surgical experience
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
