- Assist in the preparation of surfaces for epoxy installation.
- Learn to apply epoxy coatings according to industry standards.
- Assist in the repair and maintenance of existing epoxy floors.
- Work collaboratively with the installation team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols on job sites.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Open to some local travel within the state
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Drivers License with reliable transportation
- Criminal backgrounds are reviewed on a case by case basis an a whole person approach.
- No prior experience in epoxy floor installation required; onthejob training provided.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes.
