    Training and Compliance Administrator Job Description

    Wright Brothers is seeking an Office Administrator to support the Training and Development department. This role provides office administration and database support, contributing to high-quality customer service and effective employee training. Ideal candidates are strong problem-solvers with excellent communication, technical, and organizational skills. This position reports to the Corporate Training Director.
    Position Description
    Responsibilities:
    Training Administration & Compliance
    • Maintain all training compliance records, including documentation, organization, employee notifications, and tracking
    • Schedule required training with external vendors
    • Research OSHA 1910 General Industry, , and state-specific training requirements
    Learning Management Systems & Digital Platforms
    • Administer digital platforms including LMS, SMS notification systems, ISN, JotForm, Smartsheet, and related applications
    • Maintain LMS employee databases (front- and back-end users)
    • Assign learning content, generate reports, support system improvements, and resolve platform issues
    • Assist employees with troubleshooting access to learning resources
    Data & Document Management
    • Maintain SDS database documentation
    • Manage internal office files, supplies, and organization
    Process Improvement
    • Identify and communicate opportunities for process and quality improvements
    • Provide feedback on system usage, challenges, and enhancement recommendations
    Position Requirements
    Technical Qualifications:
    Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of administrative office or database management experience
    • Experience working in Windows-based operating systems
    Technical Skills
    • Advanced MS Office skills, including Excel (data entry, formatting, and formulas)
    • Experience with Canva, Adobe, PowerPoint, Smartsheet
    • Experience using HTML, CSS, and VBA
