    Job DescriptionIMKO Workforce Solutions is currently hiring for an Entry Level Maintenance & Plumbing Associate to join the team at one of Lincoln's local Universities
    This position will work with the existing maintenance staff to keep the plumbing of the university in acceptable working condition for the faculty and the students
    Responsibilities:
    • Operator boiler equipment.
    • Perform carpentry, janitorial and preventative maintenance duties as required
    • Change filters and ventilation in rest rooms
    • Chemical testing on the fee water for boilers.
    • Monitor and maintain other equipment as needed
    Qualifications:
    • The right candidate would have a variety of skill in many phases of maintenance and plumbing.
    • Ability to use a variety of hand tools, including wrenches, grinders, drills, measuring devices.
    • Operate and all equipment in a safe manner at all times
    • be flexible and able to adapt to changing conditions
    • Must be able to work as part of a team
    • Must have a valid drivers license or have the ability to obtain one.
    • Prolonged standing, bending and working in cramped areas.
