- Implement and manage project-specific QA/QC Programs.
- Review and approve trade contractor QA/QC Programs to ensure alignment with general contractor and client program requirements.
- Manage Quality Team to ensure high performance and integration with the overall project.
- Investigate, understand, and convey technical product properties and how they interact.
- Independently solve problems regarding building materials interactions and details.
- Other duties as assigned.
- At least five (5) years' construction and/or building design experience in one or more of the following categories preferred: on-site construction management; structural, mechanical, electrical, or architectural design (no license required).
- Experience with complex MEP systems required.
- Experience in commercial or manufacturing projects preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
