- Perform milling, turning, drilling, tapping, deburring, molding, and bench operations
- Identify and report defective materials or questionable conditions
- Adhere to safety regulations and equipment tag-out procedures
- Follow Global Harmonized System (GHS) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
- Execute spill response procedures correctly
- Conduct preventative maintenance on machines
- Maintain clean equipment and work area
- Earn positive work atmosphere by effective communication
- Work safely and conscientiously
- Assist colleagues as needed
- Perform assigned duties
- Three months of CNC machine operations or training; or equivalent education and experience
- Ability to work independently and as a team

Physical Demands
Regularly required to stand, use hands, handle objects, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, talk, lift up to 60 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close and distance vision, color vision, and depth perception.
Work Environment
Exposure to steel fabrication environment, occasional outside weather conditions, noise, vibration, and fumes. Work near moving mechanical parts and exposure to airborne particles. Occasional work at heights and risk of electrical shock.
