We are seeking an experienced and dedicated accounting manager to join our dynamic team. The accounting manager will oversee and manage an accounting team.


Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project completion and professional developmentSupervise and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulatory standards, and adherence to best practicesDevelop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and providing strategic financial guidanceOversee the preparation of accounting services and other financial reports, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to clientsCollaborate with partners and senior management to develop strategies for business growth and client acquisitionStay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in accounting standards to ensure compliance and best practicesThe Ideal Candidate :The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public accounting, a proven track record of leadership, and a passion for delivering high-quality accounting services to clients

Requires:
Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA preferredAt least 5 years of related accounting experienceProficiency in accounting software (e.g.

, Quickbooks, Accounting CS) and the ability to learn new softwareProven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team membersStrong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to solve complex problemsWhat we Offer :
