    As an Enrollment Advisor at The Allen School of Health Sciences, you'll play a crucial role in guiding students towards their academic and career goals. By interacting with students, you'll assess their needs, aspirations, and career objectives to determine if our institution is the right fit for them.

    Essential Job Duties:

    Join us in scheduling virtual meetings with potential students to understand their requirements and values. You'll be the go-to person to clarify any doubts they have about admissions and provide insights into our programs and services. Through these interactions, you'll evaluate their suitability for the program and offer guidance on the next steps of the application process. Throughout, maintaining professionalism, empathy, and clear communication is key for a positive experience for the aspiring student.

    As an Enrollment Advisor, some of your responsibilities include:

    • Handling incoming calls from students interested in our programs.
    • Following up with prospective students via outbound calls.
    • Providing comprehensive information on our academic offerings, admission criteria, and financial support alternatives.
    • Assessing the needs and objectives of students to recommend the most suitable program.
    • Guiding students through the application process and addressing any queries they may have.
    • Keeping detailed records of all student interactions in our CRM system.
    • Collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth admissions process.
    • Achieving individual and team targets for student enrollment and retention.
    • Acting as a positive role model reflecting the Allen School's core values.
    • Managing student caseloads effectively.
    • Participating in training sessions to enhance institutional knowledge.
    • Identifying and resolving enrollment process barriers proactively.


    Job Requirements:

    • Preferably a Bachelor's degree, with an Associate's degree or High School diploma as a minimum.
    • Industry-related experience is advantageous.
    • Previous experience in a call center or admissions office focusing on student experience.
    • Devoted to delivering an outstanding student experience.
    • Passionate about admissions, education, and continuous learning.
    • Keen on assisting others in achieving their goals.
    • Flexible schedule availability including evenings.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
    • Strong technological and student management system skills.


    To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to connect with students effectively. Experience in a similar role and knowledge of higher education admissions processes are beneficial. Proficiency in using CRM systems and strong attention to detail are crucial for this position. This full-time role requires flexibility in working hours, including evenings, and is based on our campus.
