Overall Weekly Amount: $2,602

• $40/hr and $60/hr Overtime. Weekly Taxable: $1,440
• Weekly M&IE Per Diem: $413
• Weekly Lodging Per Diem: $749
• Weekly Nontaxable Per Diem: $1,162
  

ICU / IMCU - Intensive / Intermediate Care Unit (RN / Registered Nurse) Requirements:

• Licensure: Active New York License
• Certification: AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• Experience: 2+ years
