Responsibilities

• You will lead the analysis of RNA and protein modalities
  
• Working alongside translational teams to deliver actionable insights to clinical programs
  
• Biomarker analysis and qualification
  
• Development and application of AI/ ML Methods to analyse multi-modal data
  
  Qualifications
  • PHD + 5 years' experience (Academia or Industry)
    
  • Python, R programming to high-level
    
  • Significant expertise in analysis of RNA; bulk, single cell, TCR/BCR, and spatial
    
  • Significant expertise in analysis of proteins; CITE/REAP-Seq, high dimensional flow cytometry, mIF
    
  • You can work independently and are enthusiastic about developing novel bioinformatics/data science solutions.
    
  • Expertise in data mining and biomarker analysis
    
  • You are a team player, individual contributor and excellent communicator, excited about working on cutting-edge technologies
    
    You are a fundamental player in this data science team to use clinical, biomarker, and single cell data to bring forward new medicines in autoimmune disease and cancer.
