    We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager who can drive revenue and build long-lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate has experience in digital marketing sales, a passion for business growth, and strong leadership skills. Automotive industry experience is beneficial but not necessary.

    Position Overview:

    The Sales Manager will develop and execute a successful sales strategy to expand our client base and meet revenue targets. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing solutions, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to establish relationships with clients across various industries, particularly in automotive.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve individual and team revenue goals.
    • Educate prospective clients on Car Media Group's suite of digital marketing services, including SEO, Google Ads, social media, video production, and reputation management.
    • Collaborate with the creative and digital teams to develop tailored proposals and strategies for clients.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reporting to senior management.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
    • Represent Car Media Group at events, trade shows, and industry meetings as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, with a focus on digital marketing solutions.
    • A strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
    • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain client relationships at all levels.
    • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
    • Experience in the automotive industry is beneficial but not required.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting software.
