- Help establish and implement SRE best practices, standards, and policies in hybrid cloud environments with varied workloads
- Develop systems to prevent outages through automatic detection and remediation
- Enhance system health observability to boost availability and uptime
- Provide guidance and expertise to the team
- Influence, design, and innovate new architectures, standards, and methods for large-scale enterprise systems
- Document and present methodologies to operations, engineering, and executive teams
- Coach and develop software engineers through effective mentoring and growth plans
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Engineering or a related field
- 4+ years in a technical role supporting IT products
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience with

- Deep understanding of computer networks
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Ruby, JavaScript/NodeJS, or Python
- Understanding of VMs, containers, K8s, and private cloud applications

- Knowledge of Data platforms like SQL or Hadoop
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Incident management process with strong analytical problem-solving capabilities
