    We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant with 5+ years of proven expertise in supporting multiple Senior Vice President (SVP) level executives. The successful candidate will be adept at managing complex calendars, arranging extensive travel, coordinating high-level meetings, and handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism. This role requires exceptional organizational abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role will report to the Executive Business Partner to the CFO.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and maintain complex calendars for multiple SVP level executives, including scheduling meetings, rescheduling appointments, and events
    • Coordinate senior executives' travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to company policies
    • Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences, including agendas, and presentations
    • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, colleagues, and clients
    • Coordinate and facilitate communication between executives and various departments within the organization, ensuring timely and efficient exchange of information
    • Plan and execute logistics for onsite & offsite meetings, events, and conferences, including catering, audiovisual setup, and attendee coordination
    • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned
    • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
    • Provide general administrative support, including managing expense reports, processing invoices, and maintaining files and records

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
    • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple SVP level executives
    • Proven ability to manage complex calendars and travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment in decision-making
    • Ability to travel to US/within US
