- Assists in supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the guest service team members; Front Desk Attendants, Drivers, Bell Attendants & Night Auditors, to ensure exemplary guest satisfaction.
- Ensures the arrival, departure, and all other guest service interactions are conducted in an efficient, professional, and friendly manner.
- Interacts positively with customers and fellow associates, taking needed action to resolve problems that may arise, maintaining a high level of quality and responsiveness.
- Helps to reduce and resolve guest service complaints by anticipating potential problems by reviewing and monitoring operational issues, business flow, and associate performance.
- Tracks guest satisfaction surveys and maximizes usage of the guest response tracking system.
- Performs any other job related duties as assigned by Management.

Job DescriptionHotel Park City, member of Autograph Collection Hotels by Marriott International, is currently seeking a detailed & customer service driven Front Office Supervisor.
We are looking for candidates with previous Front Office supervisory experience & knowledge of hotel operations. Basic knowledge of computer systems is required with a preference toward Opera PMS and various Marriott related platforms.
