    The Crown Is Yours
    As a Player Protection Associate, you will champion responsible gaming by meticulously reviewing customer activities, identifying potential risks, and implementing effective solutions. You'll analyze communication, financial patterns, and gameplay to assess customer risk, coupled with the opportunity to directly communicate and provide resources to our customers. You will be the go-to expert in safeguarding our gaming environment, staying ahead with ongoing monitoring, compliance awareness, and adaptability to regulatory changes.
    What you'll do as a Player Protection Associate

    • Serve as the first point of escalation for all Player Protection referrals.
    • Analyze and review player communications, limits, deposit/withdrawal patterns, and gameplay activity to assess the customer's current risk.
    • Review and update ongoing monitoring reports, compliance logs, and alerts.
    • Maintain an understanding of regulatory standards and changes to ensure compliance.


    What you'll bring

    • A Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience is preferred.
    • Understanding of operational risk management and responsible gaming.
    • Effective time management skills and capacity to manage shifting priorities.
    • Ability to analyze and document necessary business processes.
    • Strong communication skills with both customers and fellow employees.
    • Ability to think analytically to provide swift resolutions to complex situations.
    • Ability to become licensed in multiple jurisdictions.
