    As a MPT Program Manager you will manage the delivery of high-priority testing programs and launch Meta's newest business and marketing solutions.

    You will grow in a dynamic environment and bring operational strategy and process to alpha, beta, and generally available (GA) product testing and influence new products for scaled release.

    You will be capable of seamlessly translating ideas into action while effectively collaborating with multiple teams like Engineering, Data Science, and Product Marketing and Operations partners and be comfortable performing under high-pressure, fast-moving and often ambiguous conditions.

    The ideal candidate will be strong at cross-functional communication and project execution, knowledgeable about marketing, adept with Meta's business tools (e.g. Ads Manager), and have an aptitude for measurement and data analysis.
    Program Manager, Monetization Product Testing ResponsibilitiesWork with cross-functional partners - e.g. Product Manager, Product Marketing, Data Science teams — to manage test launches, test monitoring and analysisAct as a point of contact for Product, Sales and Data Science to ensure smooth and seamless test executionManage, monitor, build, and recruit for product tests with participants (i.e.

    alpha/beta/ga tests) and execute operational components to ensure valid learningsSurface relevant insights to cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations and User Research) and leverage data and insights to develop multi-faceted solutions to fix problems at scale at all stages of the product life-cycleCommunicate across audiences, effectively understanding and utilizing escalation paths, and updating stakeholders including liaising with Product teams to troubleshoot and problem-solve issues that arise during testingFacilitate meetings, discussions and document project status and key decisions made via internal project management toolsMinimum QualificationsBA/BS degree2+ years experience with program/project management, customer service, marketing, user or UX research and/or operations2+ years work experience in managing the implementation, tracking and measurement of digital marketing campaignsExperience using A/B testingExperience working/building relationships with cross-functional teams, delivering impact through communication, and influencing teams toward achieving goalsExperience implementing processes and programs that improve product or operational performanceExperience initiating and driving programs to completion with minimal guidanceLocationsWarning noticeYour browser doesn't support mapbox-gl library.
