- This position will coordinate all tasks associated with the onboarding of our traveling therapy staff, including:
- Tracking and collecting licenses, immunization records, employment verifications, and other required documentation
- Assigning trainings and assisting with CPR class registration
- Processing background studies
- Scheduling appointments for immunizations and titers, TB testing, and fingerprinting
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and state/federal requirements
- Maintaining appropriate records, filing system, and archiving documents to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
- This position will also involve:
- Assisting with sourcing of new candidates, including posting employment ads and contacting applicants.
- Creating a quarterly newsletter and other marketing-related duties
- Providing other assistance within the department as needed
- Require a minimum of a 2-year degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or other related field of study.
- Prefer at least 1-year of experience in a relevant field
- Must have strong computer skills and knowledge of programs including Excel, Word, Publisher, and Outlook internet/e-mail.
- Requires excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to interact with the public and employees in a highly professional manner.
- Must have strong time management and organizational skills. Must be able to work independently with the ability to account for your efforts. Must be detail oriented.
