Nucar Collision Center, formerly BOCH Collision Center, is hiring a Production Manager/ Shop foreman

We are a large shop with many moving pieces and need someone to facilitate the timely repairs of vehicles to better serve our customers. The ideal candidate will have experience with bodywork, understand the refinishing process, have some experience managing repairs or be familiar with the ins and outs of all aspects of the collision repair process. We are looking for someone to be our 'liaison' between departments and help keep production running as smoothly as possible

Duties

• Have prior experience repairing vehicles and be able to identify/finalize small repairs or adjustments in both the body and paint department.
• Assist with dispatching repairs and managing flow of vehicles between stages of repair from check in to quality control.
• Communicating/helping to establish repair plans with advisors and technicians so as to develop/maintain a schedule for timely completion of repairs or problem solve as necessary.
• Maintain control of technician workload and daily expectations alongside management. ● Assist with shop equipment maintenance.
• Identify issues and help us improve

Requirements/Skills

• 5 year of relevant work experience
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Teamwork - ability to work with others to effectively enhance results or processes.
• Interpersonal Skills - the ability to interact well with employees and customers at all levels, socially poised
• Communication - ability to identify and deliver critical information to the appropriate parties
