    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in the Denver market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing commercial tenant improvement projects from start to finish, with expertise in preconstruction, estimating, scheduling, and execution.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
    • Preconstruction Services: Review proposal specifications, drawings, and attend pre-bid meetings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimates.
    • Project Scheduling: Create and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion and meet client requirements.
    • Project Financial Management: Prepare project budgets and estimates for major tenant improvements and major project revisions.

    Supervisory Responsibilities

    • Business Development: Acquire new projects and build relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Branch Management: Manage employees, including office and field staff, and provide leadership and employee development opportunities.

    Requirements

    • 7+ years of experience in Tenant Improvement in the Denver metro market.
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
    • Working knowledge of multiple commercial interior construction product types.
    • Proven examples of leadership and strategic thinking.
    • Experience with cost projection, financial analysis, budget reviews, and labor reports.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.

    Salary

    $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
