    Physical Therapist - Join Our Team

    We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care in our outpatient facility.     Physical Therapist Qualifications:

    • Master's Degree or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy (PT/OT)
    • Experience with electronic medical charting
    • Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice in the State of Connecticut
    • Experience in pelvic floor rehabilitation

    Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

    • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients' conditions to develop individualized treatment plans.
    • Implement and evaluate treatment plans to address patients' needs and goals effectively.
    • Perform therapy interventions using standard physical therapy techniques and skills tailored to each patient's condition.
    • Supervise and provide guidance to physical therapy assistants, students, and support personnel.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
