    At *Patheous Health (formerly know as Carolina Speech Pathology)*, we are transforming how dysphagia care is delivered—bringing advanced diagnostics and therapy directly to patients. As a leader in mobile swallowing diagnostics, we are committed to improving outcomes and access to high-quality, evidence-based care.

    We are currently hiring a Part time or PRN *Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)* to join our team and provide mobile Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES) services in the field.

    *Our SLP Position Details*

    · Conduct FEES evaluations for adult and geriatric patients in skilled nursing, assisted living, and home health settings

    · Develop and implement personalized swallowing treatment plans

    · Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to coordinate care

    · Provide patient and caregiver education on safe swallowing strategies and diet modifications

    · Maintain and sanitize FEES equipment following infection control standards

    · Accurately document evaluations and progress notes using our EMR

    *Qualifications for the role *

    · Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

    · Licensed SLP in FL

    · ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

    · FEES-trained with documented experience performing FEES independently (preferred)

    · At least 2 years of experience treating dysphagia in medical settings

    · Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

    *Preferred Experience*

    · Mobile diagnostics or home health background

    · Familiarity with MBSS, VitalStim, or NMES

    · Comfortable with technology and electronic documentation
