- Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments for EP lab patients
- Educate patients about procedures pre-procedure expectations and post-procedure care
- Assist physicians during electrophysiology studies ablations device implantations administer medications under physician orders monitor rhythms hemodynamics throughout procedures identify respond to changes in patient condition escalating as needed maintain sterile technique collaborate with team to develop treatment plans provide immediate post-procedure care ensuring stable recovery adhere hospital safety protocols infection control guidelines regulatory standards perform other duties as assigned within scope practice require critical thinking service excellence good interpersonal communication skills ability read write communicate English required proficiency PC skills physical abilities push pull bend long periods standing walking moving equipment handle patients safely mentally able work fast-paced environment tolerate stress making sound judgments quickly effectively maintain confidentiality discreetly manage competing priorities meet deadlines remain calm pressure situations experience handling confidential information minimal risk exposure harmful factors performing duties Benefits Include:
