Midwest multi-disciplined engineering firm is looking to add a Director of Transportation for Wisconsin to their team in Milwaukee

Responsibilities:

• Complete/participate in civil engineering project design as needed
  
• Lead/mentor/train engineering design staff
  
• Frequent contact with clients including responding directly to client requests and referring clients to appropriate manager when needed
  
• Assist with marketing efforts including attending industry events
  
• Assist with business development, including preparing proposals and participating in project interviews
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  
• 15+ years of design and project management experience for transportation, structural, stormwater, or general civil projects
  
• PE License
  
• Experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations
  
• Experience writing reports, business correspondence, and proposals
  
• Ability to work in a team environment and attend conferences
  

Salary is commensurate with experience.
