    Project Manager - Civil Engineering

    Overview:

    Our client, a reputable firm specializing in engineering, planning, and community development, is seeking experienced Project Managers to join their Milwaukee office. This role involves managing a variety of projects, focusing on client relations, project oversight, and team mentoring

    Responsibilities:

    • Act as the primary client liaison, managing multiple public and private project accounts.
    • Oversee project planning, scope, schedules, and budgeting to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
    • Mentor junior engineers on financial management, client services, and project execution.
    • Maintain and enhance client relationships, ensuring excellent client experience and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Manage risk through effective strategies and ensure robust risk management practices are in place.
    • Delegate tasks to project teams, monitor progress, and ensure quality standards in all deliverables.
    • Prepare detailed proposals and conduct billing and invoicing activities, ensuring prompt payment.

    Desired Skills and Experience:

    • Professional Engineering License in Wisconsin required.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in site development or municipal infrastructure.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
    • Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with clients and team members.
