- Assists in ensuring data integrity by auditing and analyzing data.
- Provides support to Development staff or senior management by collecting and analyzing data and reporting results.
- Designs, develops, and produces ad hoc reports and analyses by assimilating data from Raiser's Edge and other sources to support development programs.
- Assists with the development, maintenance, upgrading and testing of Raiser's Edge.
- Provides training to users across the organization in application procedures, data entry and generating reports.
- Retrieves information about prospects and donors, updates records, and generates reports using Raiser's Edge and other software.
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years of progressive fundraising and development management experience or the equivalent experience working in a marketing and communication environment
- 2-3 years of experience administering Raiser's Edge or other Development related software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Demonstrated success in following through and completing projects

Job Summary
Reporting to the Development Database Administrator, the Coordinator is a crucial member of the Database Team serving the entire J. Paul Getty Trust and its Programs. The Database Services Coordinator performs analytical and specialized database work in the Raiser's Edge with a focus on gift processing. The position is based in the Development Office of the Trust.
The Development Coordinator's primary responsibility is to maintain donor, staff, volunteer, and prospective donor information in the Raiser's Edge database and to prepare reports and communications utilizing that information. Applies knowledge of business application management, specifically related to RE.
