    Duties:

    • Oversee day-to-day management operations of a 680 unit Class-A Residential Condominium/Rental building.
    • Supervise Sponsors rental units and retail tenant spaces in the building.
    • Coordinate with the Board of Managers, upper management, leasing personnel, Building Superintendent, and union staff.
    • Facilitate and oversee capital improvement projects.
    • Create quarterly newsletters for residents.
    • Analyze and report on financial statements and performance, produce annual operating budgets, and distribute monthly reports.
    • Attend all Board and Unit Owner meetings and report on building matters as required.

    Portfolio:

    • Dorchester Towers Condo: 35-story luxury building with 683 units, located in the Lincoln Center neighborhood. Amenities include concierge services, fitness room, conference room, parking, and sun deck.

    Reports to:

    • Director of Condominium Management

    Reporting In:

    • Assistant Manager
    • Superintendent

    Challenges of Position:

    • Ensuring compliance with state, city, and municipal laws and regulations.
    • Managing communication and relationships with various stakeholders.
    • Handling property maintenance and improvement projects efficiently.

    Position Requirements:

    • Minimum five years of NYC Property Manager experience in Class A Buildings.
    • Condo or co-op management and Board experience required.
    • Experience managing at least 1 building with over 200 units.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, as well as budget management.
    • Familiarity with 32BJ union regulations.

    Preferred Skills:

    • College degree in Business or related field.
    • Experience with MRI or similar resident management software.
    • Previous multifamily rental and commercial/retail property management experience.
    • On-site property management experience.
    • Familiarity with BuildingLink/Keylink software.
