    Description

    HireNow Staffing is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) in Fort Mohave, AZ. As an RN in the PACU, you will be responsible for providing specialized nursing care to patients recovering from anesthesia and surgical procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort as they transition from the operating room to recovery. Position: RN PACU - Full-time

    Location: Fort Mohave, AZ 86426

    Shift: 8-hour days Mon/Fri

    Salary: $72, $94,000.00

    Bonus Details:

    Qualified candidates who commit to a three-year employment agreement will receive a $20,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.

    Relocation Package:
    We offer a comprehensive relocation package to assist with the costs of moving to Fort Mohave, AZ.

    Responsibilities:

    Monitor patients' vital signs and neurological status following surgery.
    Assess patients' pain levels and administer medications as needed
    Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams to develop individualized care plans.
    Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
    Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.

    Must-Have:

    1. Associate Degree from an accredited professional nursing school required.
    2. Certifications: BLS required upon hire.
    3. 1 year as Registered Nurse- Med Surge RN, Emergency Room, PACU and/or Cath Lab required.
    4. Arizona Registered Nurse and/or Compact State Registered Nurse Required.
    Nice-To-Haves:

    1. 3 years' experience RN Med Surge, ER, PACU and/or Cath Lab
    2. Bachelor's degree preferred.
